Country Cascades Waterpark Resort

10/10 Excellent

"The whole property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. We bought activit and discounted food vouchers before we left and it proved to be a great choice. The price was great. The pool rules were a little stiff, no noodles,snorkles,coolers. Music is only played from 2 -245. Food was very good. It was a true gem. We are already planning another trip"

"The room we stayed in had very uncomfortable beds and could use some maintenance to the room.The food was also very overpriced and not great quality.The waterparks and main areas were fantastic which is all my kids cared about so overall it was good."

"I booked a room on Expedia as a non-smoking king size room. When I checked in they gave a smoking room king size and was told that since I booked through a third party this is what I had to take. Not thrilled and the room and floor smelled terrible. Room service was not offered so I had to beg the staff for clean towels and wash clothes for the second night. Overall the hotel and casino was nice but not thrilled with the resort fee charges that everyone seems to be getting away with nowadays."

"Best part was staff. Although they are going through construction right now. I only stayed one night with my son so didn't get to try the pool out like I would have liked, but if all the elevators had been working at the time I could have since I was on a cane. If not for the sweet staff and the amount you get to choose from for their breakfast I could see the construction as being an issue . I believe this place has potential and have no problem staying here again."
