"I recently stayed at Agapi Beach Hotel with my husband and our 15-month-old baby, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we found the staff to be rude and inattentive, which made what should have been a relaxing family trip feel quite uncomfortable. As parents travelling with a young child, we really value warmth and support, and this was noticeably lacking throughout our stay. It’s also worth noting that we appeared to be the only Black family at the hotel, which made the overall experience feel even more isolating—particularly given the lack of warmth and attentiveness we encountered. The food was another major letdown. The options were very limited and highly repetitive, which is frustrating when you’ve booked an all-inclusive package expecting variety and quality. It became difficult to even look forward to meals. To make matters worse, the weather during our stay was poor, and there seemed to be no contingency plan in place. Many of the all-inclusive amenities we paid for—such as access to pools, snacks, and drinks—were either unavailable or significantly limited due to the rain. This left us feeling like we didn’t receive the experience or value we had paid for. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations at all, especially as a young family looking for comfort and ease. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on our experience."

"Convenient central location, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed, wonderful breakfast (we arrived a few minutes before breakfast was over and they fully accommodated us, held the buffet open - so kind!!)"

"Beautiful room, spacious and light. Clean as a whistle, and bathroom area was super clean. Food was outstanding, huge choice and lovely staff in the restaurants. I would def go back. Peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed. "

"Staff were wonderful, so kind. Buffet was different and delicious, amenities for the all inclusive were incredible - crepes, waffles, drinks, snacks! Minibar in the room was a huge plus, refilled everyday! Private pool was lovely, pool beds were comfy! Room is great, aircon fab, shower great, comfy bed with lots of pillows! WiFi was amazing most of the time! Only had issues when it rained. Wonderful hotel, wonderful people, couldn’t recommend enough!"

"Beautiful resort. Kids loved the water park, the room was an ideal size for a family of 5 and the food was lovely. Also, the staff were brilliant! Everyone from Reception and Restaurant staff to drivers and cleaners. All very friendly and professional and treat you like royalty from the second you arrive. Would definitely go back."

"Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel was conveniently situated near many amenities, and we had easy access to transportation, which made it simple to explore the island every day. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room had a lovely side view of the ocean—close enough that we could hear the waves, which made the stay even more relaxing. We noticed that some people had complaints about the resort, which is a shame, because we genuinely felt it offered great value for the price we paid."

"Fabulous staff. Great facilities. No complaints at all. Always plentiful food, the waterland kept my son entertained throughout the whole holiday. Next time we would probably choose to stay in the Stella Palace as this felt calmer. Fantastic restaurant experience at Filema. Overall highly recommended. "
