El servicio es bueno, el personal es atento y respetuoso, sin embargo, se pueden mejorar varios aspectos, que generarían un mejor hotel, tienen una muy buena ubicación. Para empezar la limpieza y mantenimiento del hotel, el baño huele a humedad, y es ocasionado por las cortinas de baño, que se deberían de secar y sanitizar en cada limpieza de habitación y no se hace, y si no mejor retírenlas, por que húmedas como quedan produce bacterias y hongos que generan olor a humedad. Y las sábanas no me dieron tanta confianza, es probable que estén lavando todo junto con toallas y quedan con peluza de las mismas o no estaban tan impecables, pero entendemos que sea posible por las dos estrellas, aunque yo trabaje en una cadena de autohotel, y aun así, se tenia mucha higiene con las sabanas y toallas, creo que eso es esencial. El equipo de gym aunque es mínimo, no funciona y solo es darle mantenimiento o reparación al cableado que genera resistencia. La alberca se ve turbia el agua, y deberia darsele el tratamiento adecuado para tener el agua clara y en optimas condiciones. También vimos que una parte no tiene barandal, y eso se nos hizo sumamente peligroso, pensando qué algún huésped o niño pudiera sufrir un accidente. Honestamente tiene mucho potencial solo es tener atención y delicadeza en los detalles, creo que los huéspedes lo agradecerían.

No me gustó que no uniera agua para tomar en las habitaciones y un refrigerador en la administración porque llevaba medicamento que requiere refrigeración lleve mi medicamento en llelera de viaje pero requería volver a congelar
