This hotel is poorly maintained. The beds were uncomfortable. Sheets and pillows are old. A couple that stay in this hotel too, found bedbugs. The water had a sewage smell. I do not recommend the stay in this property. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The location is unsafe.

When I try to check in a few times I get only one room in time and the other one till finally I have to sleep. The AC never works and it was kind of warm at night really need it. The rooms need some maintenance

En la habitacion no habia secadora de pelo, plancha de ropa, cafetera, no salia agua caliente de la regadera, las habitaciones muy descuidadas, el trato del personal del restaurante en especial de la encargada es muy grosero y pesimo, por todo te quieren cobrar. No recomeindo este hotel.

El hotel está lindo pero muy descuidado. El servicio y la actitud del personal de spa es mala, en recepción hay buena actitud, pero mala atención y restaurante buen servicio pero mala comida. Los cuartos están sucios, la regadera escurre hasta las camas.

A pesar de que entendemos la situación del hotel, el lugar se encuentra bastante descuidado, es demasiado grande para la cantidad de personal, la alberca es muy pequeña y ofrece agua termal, a lo mucho es agua tibia a la mitad del día. El restaurante es bueno, pero los precios son bastante elevados para las porciones, además de que se nos informó que no podíamos ingresar comidas o bebidas externas y nos toco observar gente que claramente rompía las reglas. Tristemente no fue la experiencia que buscábamos para estas vacaciones, pero igualmente agradecemos la honestidad de los encargados en relación a las circunstancias del lugar. Esperamos que, en un futuro, el lugar recuperé su vieja gloria y podamos volver a darle una oportunidad. Lo deseamos de corazón.

Decepción total el agua estaba fría les pedimos que dejarán salir el agua caliente y no hubo respuesta, pagamos descorche de una botella que obviamente no nos acabamos y nos dijeron que podíamos al otro día consumir sin problema pero oh sorpresa al otro día nos querían cobrar de nuevo el descorche

Las camas están tan feas que las 4 personas que fuimos estuvimos muy incómodos con dolores de espalda y cadera al otro día. La habitación tan fría que fue otro motivo de no dormir bien . Es un lugar muy bello pero esos detalles son muy importantes para mi .La sábanas con dudosa limpieza.
