駅から近く朝食付きは嬉しいですが、ベッドと枕の硬さが気になったこと、サラリーマンが多く夜中の物音が気になりました。値段が安いので仕方ないですが、ベッドと枕が改善されたら次回も泊まりたいです。また他の地域である推しぬいベッドやReFaのドライヤーサービスがなくて残念でした。

チェックイン時のスタッフの対応がよかった。また、朝食時に食べ終わっても居座り、長々と大きな声で話している外国人団体に注意を与えて、その場から静かに退去させたこともよいです。ベットは少し固かったので、快眠にはならなかったです。施設はきれいですし、お風呂も故障もなかった。温度調節が少しむずかしかったですね。

Room is well appointed & new. Breakfast & service ladies were great including those during breakfast. My only complain is that they don’t change your cups daily with the towels… are we supposed to use them for 3 consecutive days? I don’t think that’s very hygienic. Note : we did empty all liquids for the cups to be changed.

It was an overnight stay in Aomori but the stay was very comfortable. I did not expect much but the quality of the services by the hotel is excellent. The rooms were impeccably clean and the staff were friendly during the check in process.
