The breakfast was good and plentiful.Staff were courteous and helpful. However I was very surprised at how hard the bed was we have not experienced that in the previous 7 nights at various northern Japan hotels. Sleep was difficult along with the loud level of train noise overnight.

Toyoko Inn chain like apa hotels ...but much better. enjoyed free dinner morning. the room and staff. only thing didn't like they have member card but toerist find having card 2 much. so members check in at 15 pm. other at 16 pm.

The only Con is the cleaning time. They clean the room every 4days which is ok but you have to be gone during the cleaning time 10am-4pm. They do provide clean towels every day though. Nice staff and clean room. A little smaller room than Art Hotel cross the street but it’s definitely newer than them.

It is very helpful because we three family could stay one room with breakfast free by very acceptable price. Only one point, restaurant is a little far from hotel, you’d better to finish your dinner first before you check in if you arrive at hotel a little late.
