One of the most modern and luxurious ryokan we've ever stayed. The kaiseki dinner and the breakfast are skillfully elevated. The grounds are well kept and exudes zen. The onsen bath with a view of the still rock pond is especially striking in the evening. The room is spacious enough for 4. There's samisen concert at night after dinner, there's bookstore, etc.

Good onsen hotel with a shamisen concert.

We loved the place and the food. In addition, the breif shamisen concert after dinner was the best experience ever in Japanese hotels.

The seamless pick up at the station and the lovely kamakuras in the hotel were great. Meal service was great. Staff onsite were wonderful and the snow views made everything magical. The town was v quiet so buy whatever you need before you arrive. Also make sure to alert the staff 5 days in advance if u have dietary needs, the reservation/meals team would not accommodate last minute dietary restrictions even if you have legit reasons which tbh was the only disappointment in our almost perfect stay!

沒有冷氣

已經是6月中旬後，室外溫度已經30度以上，但因為是中央空調，房間只有暖氣，沒有冷氣。跟櫃檯反應卻不能調整溫度設定，最後只能借電風扇。餐廳也是沒有冷氣，大家揮汗如雨吃著火鍋熱湯

自駕遊去住較方便，見如果要坐shuttle bus 去弘前或附近車站就要9-10點多要checked out! 一泊二食，食物賣相精緻及非常美味⋯餐飲亦唔收得貴⋯蘋果風呂有陣木香味，一流⋯⋯房間非常大及簡約精緻

四人房寬敞又舒適，餐點極細緻美味。夜晚在大廳有三味線的演奏，搭配隨您享用的地酒與蘋果汁，更有味道。服務人員的親切服務與溫柔笑容，當然是不用說的了。館內的活動不多，只有早上七點多的伸展與晚間的三味線，但是湯泡起來是舒服的。室內池裡還漂浮著好多木雕蘋果，真可愛。室外池不大，但看著周邊的楓樹，可以想像秋季與冬季在此泡湯的美景，會想回來。
