"The room structure was very inconvenient and unsafe. There were logs of wood jutting out in the form of tables or something like that. And it was very hard to communicate with the hotel staff. Will not stay again. "

"I think it was wonderfull to be in this hotel. The service was so good and the lady insharge wa realy super good and nice to talk to. In need she helpt use so good that we allready have diceded to come back again. Yes it was a realy wonderful stay this weekend. Thank you so very much for everything."

"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."

"The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."

"Apartment, location was excellent & clean! Apartment did not have a kettle or hairdryer but didn’t damper the holiday. Bistro restaurant was really good and staff very friendly! Would stay again!"

"A great option for a family stay in Basel. We were travelling from the UK. Could sleep up to 6 comfortably but only one bedroom - with two double beds. Living room had 3 sofa beds - instructions provided to allow them to be flattened. Apartment was clean. Helpful touches were the two Swiss electrical adapters for the Swiss sunken style power outlets (normal round European adapters don’t fit!) as well as a kettle and toaster. "The staff, particularly Natalia, were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of selection. Very close to Old Town although it was 58 steps down. Remember you must come back up! We opted out of room cleaning for our short stay and we were rewarded with refreshments. Excellent idea. Would definitely recommend."
