"The rooms were clean and had good aircon. Our kids 9/12 enjoyed the water park. There are a lot of pools. But there is not really a beach and many rides were not available. It is nice for 2-3 days. It is very overpriced for what you get. "

The bathrooms are dirty, the bed, curtains, bed sheets and towels are so old, seems they never replaced them since the hotel was built. Hotel and surroundings are in disrepair. Pictures from the web site was misleading. They were old photos from eras ago. Will not stay in this hotel again."

"An exceptional Hotel for the area it's located in. Beautiful pools, friendly staff. Wasn't happy that my balcony door wouldn't lock and air conditioner worked good enough. TV was good an excellent selection of channels. Very clean room, large bedroom and washroom. Beach area is nothing special, the hotel is worth spending your day relaxing."

"Property is nice but the area surronding it is not. Beach was unclean with garbage covering portions of it (normal for beaches with public access in the Philippines). Staff was efficient but at times too timid. They watched people violating the posted rules amd were remiss in correcting the behavior until the issue was forced. Room was well appointed (beach front superior) clean and comfortable. One of the better resorts that are in Barretto. We have no issue about going back to stay."
