"THe location is perfect, next to MetroRogier, 5 min walk from Brussels North Station (one station from the airport), and 10 min walk to the city centre. THe hotel has a large gym with 6 treadmills and other equipment and a swimming pool on the roof top. Everything is spacious including the room. The staff is friendly, but not responding well. For example, the shower and sink are not draining to make flooding of water to the entire bathroom and the living room. I mentioned this to the reception desk several times, but not fixed. Room cleaner forgot something almost every day.-- all are minor things, but annoying."
