Room was great. Spacious and well decorated. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned throughout our whole stay. The cleaning lady came at 9am whilst we were still in bed. We asked her to come back a little while later, but nobody returned. However, this was a very minor detail & possible just a miscommunication. ...

Very nice hotel. The ambiance from the inside is excellent. You think you are in a small.castle. wood, lights and chimney everywhere. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Well-renovated, inadequately cleaned, isolated and far from everything. Some staff (from South America and the Philippines) are nice others less so. The breakfast was good.

a&o Brussel Centrum
Room was spacious, staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast had heaps of options. The only downfall is that the hotel is located close to Gare du Nord station which is a red light area where thieves operate. Highly recommend to take a taxi. Apart from that, the hotel is excellent
