The staff was great we goth there a few hours earlier from a long flight and the staff was so nice to give us the room earlier. This made the start of our trip great! "Clean and comfortable for a quick trip heading to south of Spain from Madrid after a long flight from the states, Lillo is a small town without much of anything to do, some restaurants open after 19:00 but I would drive there instead of walking 10 to 15 mins, it’s very safe. The convent is beautiful, probably the nicest building in town, the only complaint I would give is that you can hear everything from all the rooms, and I mean we heard all of the conversations and I am not sure folks where even next door, besides that, would I stay there again, yes we would. "

"Stunning reception area and welcoming staff. Great to be able To use the wellbeing pool late early evening, as the sun goes down. Room was a decent size with an amazing walk-in shower. We had a burger to eat at the bar which was tasty, as was breakfast. Only stayed one night as we were moving on but loved this hotel. "
