"Pro’s -Location of the property is easily accessible to nearby restaurants and entertainment -Beach front property -Professional and positive staff, very accommodating and helpful Con’s -The food was mid, lots of microwave items that did not taste fresh -No real buffet just pastries versus an actual buffet -The rooms can use an update, the bed, mattress, furniture overall and bathroom could use some upgrades -No ATM on premises With a few updates and overall renovations to this property it would make a huge difference"

"The staff was great! Cabins were private and comfortable. The view of the beach was breathtaking. I would have loved more food options, possibly a buffet for breakfast. Actual bar bites during the hours the restaurant was closed between lunch and dinner."

"The rooms, amenity, staff and oh yeah coffee shop and Outpost BBQ were awesome. Every public space and rooms were clean and well maintained. Only issue was limited beach towels/replenishment. Maybe a check/in towel exchange would be better. Other than this six andys seven nights was awesome."

"Spacious, clean and up to date apartment. Loved the two balconies- one was facing the water and the second facing a courtyard, looking up into the hills. Good soundproofing and could not hear most beach noise, wave runners, or sounds blasting from sandals. Best part was we could take the stairs off of the balcony and be at the beach quickly. Air conditioning was great on both floors. We loved picking mangoes which were in season. They have at least two mango trees that we found. Again, the beach view was wonderful."

"We had one of the best holidays ever. Cocos is an exceptional place. Rustic feel, relaxed, slow pace. Food, drinks are very good. All meals are a la carte. Never felt bored. Nothing is too much for the staff. Senior management always present. Highly recommend this resort and would love to return, hopefully soon. Thank you Cocos."

"DEFINITELY MY BEST BDAY TRIP EVER!!!! THE FOOD WAS YUUMMIILLICIOUS....LOL. SERIOUSLY, THIS PLACE WAS A DREAM, GREAT VIEW, LOVELY STAFF, SUPERB AMENITIES & DEVINE FOOD. SO MANY POOLS AND BEACHES TO RELAX EVERYWHERE. I ENJOYED EVERYTHING, FROM 730AM TO 1AM EVERYDAY. MS. MARINA, THE GM MADE MY STAY WONDERFUL. THANK YOU AO MUCH FOR THE BEST HOSPITALITY ANYONE HAS EVER SHOWN ME. I SEE WHY PEOPLE COME BACK EVERY YEAR. THIS PLACE IS A HOME AWAY FROM HOME, GENUINE CARE, PEACE AND TRANQUILITY IN ONE! OH AND THE PINK PARTY!!!!!!!TOP NOTCH. PS. YES YOU HAVE TO GET UP AND GET YOUR DRINKS WHILE SWIMMING BUT SO WORTH IT. GIVE YOU A BREAK FROM ALL THAT SUN TANNING LOL"

"Over 10 days I had three rooms every single room had an issue with it. Staff are excellent they have to be as the property is rundown and tired. The beach and pool area is beautiful. The buffet food is abundant not good but abundant acs barely work and the Wi-Fi is intermittent at best."
