Anthem at Merrill Ranch Hotels near Florence

"I arrived after midnight and was relieved to find the front desk open and a genuinely kind, welcoming receptionist. The hotel is currently being renovated and she apologized for the dust. She also made sure I understood where my room was located, along with information about breakfast time and location. I stayed at this hotel about three years ago, and I have to say, the difference is noticeable! Even though I was placed in a room not yet renovated, it was incredibly clean. The bedding had been updated and felt fresh and crisp. Everything in the room was spotless. Cleanliness clearly matters here. The staff throughout my stay were warm, friendly, and attentive. Housekeeping checked daily to see if I needed fresh towels or any additional supplies. Despite being under construction, the team is doing an excellent job making sure guests are comfortable. There is some construction noise during the day, but it did not interfere with my stay. This hotel is truly a hidden gem in Casa Grande, and I’m excited to return once the remodel is complete. "

"Because my flight arrived late, I didn't know how to check in and was anxious until I arrived at the hotel, but eventually a kind security guard called me and I was able to check in without any problems. I was able to spend my six-night stay comfortably, so thank you so much for all your help♪ I'd especially like to thank the security guard for helping me out when I arrived late at night. I think I'll have another chance to visit, and I'd definitely use this hotel again. "
