"Large, comfy room close to the airport. The host was very friendly and the evening meal and breakfast were very nice. No mosquito net on the bed but it wasnt needed. Hotel arranged a transfer for us to the hotel the next day for our flight. "

"This was the best hotel we stayed at in our month long trip in Madagascar. We were either jet lagged, or about to travel whenever we were in Tana and this hotel was comfortable and easy. It is at the top of the hill with a nice view and a rooftop bar. There are a few bars and restaurants in walking distance as well. Their prices are a bit high, so we walked next door for breakfast and went out for dinner. But wow, to have a nice shower and wifi is incredible."

"Location is good. Clean and meets room standards in its class. My negative experience is that they have double charged even though I prepaid online before coming. It was impossible to communicate with the front desk. Although I shared my receipts, altough I showed the booking papers, Although hotels com tried to communicate and furthermore although my friend from Madagascar tried to explain face to face in their language they didnt understand. Dont rely on they are reading the emails, they dont!...

"Liked the appartment style rooms (unique charm for a hotel), the lounge area on 1st floor was wery cosy. Nice location (pretty quiet one way in downtown Tana) Did not like: only one small bottle was granted and only one large towel while we were two. "

Front office told me I was on Bed only while I had booked BB only for them to confirm that I was indeed on BB on check out and I had already made my own alternative arrangements for breakfast during the week. "The hotel is in an excellent location with many banks and restaurants in the vicinity. It was also very handy yo have a taxi rank outside the hotel which made getting about very easy. The hotel staff were all very friendly and professional and I felt they did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed in a suite which was large and had a good sized bathroom with large bathtub and separate walk in shower. The normal bathroom toiletries were provided. The room was cleaned...
