"Booked it for two days and especially reached out to the property owner to inform them way ahead of time that we will arrive there late in the morning but have not received any communication, no one answered our calls and we were not able to check-in. Needed to book another hotel for the next two days in the middle of the night. Absolutely terrible service and no staff in sight for our experience."

Top Antalya Hotel Reviews

Lara Barut Collection-Ultra All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"We had a lovely stay at Lara Barut Collection. Our little one enjoyed it so much that we're already being pestered to go back! :) That probably says more about our experience than anything else. The staff were exceptionally helpful, warm and attentive, often going out of their way to accommodate our needs and make us feel comfortable. The Barry staff team do a commendable job engaging kids! 5 stars to the entire team. We did encounter a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay, but what stood out was the team's willingness to listen, take our concerns seriously and proactively find solutions. Their efforts were genuinely appreciated. The hotel's hospitality, facilities and overall experience certainly lived up to our expectations. We returned home with some wonderful family memories, and if we find ourselves in Antalya again, we already know where we'll be staying!"

Isnova Hotel

8/10 Good

"We stayed at Isnova for one night after a late night arrival at Antalya Airport. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the airport. The good: - Rooms were clean and well laid out. We were given slippers and water bottles in the room. - Beds were comfortable and room relatively quiet. We were able to have a good night rest - Breakfast was decent and had a good spread of items. - Reception was polite and we were given the room promised. It was all as expected. The not so good: - Communication prior to our arrival was not good. We could not get any helpful info from hotel on half board and dinner options, including times dinner is served. We also needed some advice on where to get milk for baby as it was our first time in town. We didn't manage to get any response - The hotel sent a message on hotels.com offering airport transfer for EUR 10. I contacted them to book transfers and they then said EUR 15 and gave me contact number of driver to deal with directly. I contacted driver and he said EUR 18. Very conflicting info. When I then told driver travelling time, he said he's not available. We ended up taking the yellow taxis outside the airport which was super easy and quick. It cost EUR 15. Overall, I would stay again for a one night trip if travelling late/early."
