Definitely the rooms have to be maintained! Its very poor maintained. Ceiling, bathroom, bad mattrass. Bed sheet seems to be not very well washed. While waking up in the morning because of someone else (neighboor) cigarett smoke is total disgusting. Genarally not a sensor of clean welcome in the room.
