The beach is unique: it's on rocks and I had a lot of fun. The area is quiet and beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would stay again there.

The out side beauty

The outside of the hotel is phenomenal, it's a paradise. The buffet is delicious, the pool and the sea are unique, everything was spectacular. The only thing was that the room I asked for was non-smoking and it smelled a lot of cigarettes. The bed was too hard, which prevented me from sleeping well. We also spent a night with the air conditioning broken, it was a very uncomfortable and very hot night.

This is our second stay at the Marmara, and we couldn't be happier. The location is excellent, all the facilities are top-notch, and the staff at reception and the restaurant are very nice and friendly. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we'll definitely be coming back.

Mamara hotel was unique for its going around building where we stayed zThe room was was clean .However the breakfast could improve like basic pure orange juice and they only have one type of coffee.

Sadly let down.

The grounds are amazing and clean. Hotel rooms are very average , dated and very basic. Pictures are of rooms and front of hotel are old , nothing like that now. I paid a premium price but was very disappointed with the room and hotel. Breakfast was average too

Stay away from Marmara!

My trip to Marmara was sadly one of my worst experience. Staff was cold and not very helpful, language was clearly an issue, service was non existent, nothing I can think of was positive, just terrible!

dissapointing

Ac does not work even at 18deg. No hot water, Power failure, horrrible pillows and draper are just for sure. 5:00 a.m you get the light right into your eyes.

I was stuck in the elevator for 40 minutes, I banged the door, pressed emergency bill constantly and no one came to help. Finally I was rescued, I am a heart patient and diabetes. I asked to talk to General Manager, i ended up speaking with kitchen assistant manger. I am a life time Elite member with Marriott and IHG, never experienced such an issue. I am angry at the hotel manager, I was told he was not in the hotel but he would not even care to call. I could have been dead. I asked for the two nights refund and they would not offer except if i stay for a free night which I could not.

I booked a standard room with city view. Noise issues at night. The bed was uncomfortable and found hair in the sheets. The towels looked yellowish and dirty. Good thing I packed my own towel. Besides the inconveniences, the hotel doesn't allow to bring food or drinks to the bedroom, they don't even want to allow to bring a bottle of water from outside. Instead, they want you to buy food from their overpriced and presumably bad food at their restaurant and "minibar" (a small fridge packed with unhealthy, expired and small sized junk in the room). This hotel is more like a prison or a hospital. Not a place to enjoy your vacation. This rule is not listed on Expedia and it should not take you by surprise. It would be better to call and make sure you have the freedom to eat whatever you want in your own hotel room, without having to fall for their scam.

Ben regelmatige klant, zeer goed hotel met uitstekend ontbijt, maar betaalde wel extra 2× 1000 lira ervoor! Enige opmerking: in onze tweepersoons kamer stond slechts 1 zetel en daarnaast nog een klein hard stoeltje..2 zetels zijn toch geen overdreven luxe, we kunnen toch niet hele tijd op bed zitten?

Tolles (Business) Hotel, ehe ruhig und wenige Kinder. Kleine Anlage sodass alles innerhalb des Hotels schnell erreichbar ist. Tolles, tiefes Wasser am Strand. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und serviceorientiert, trotzdem distanziert, sodass man nicht wie bei den All Inclusive Resorts ständig angequatscht wird. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt. Ausserdem kümmert sich das Hotel sehr um die Katzen die auf der Anlage leben, das ist einer der Hauptgründe wieso ich immer wieder dieses Hotel besuche. Für mich ist das ein sehr wichtiger Aspekt. Die westlichen Kaffee Optionen sind sehr gut, auch das findet man nicht überall in der Türkei. Die Zimmer sind nicht neu aber sehr gepflegt und vorallem sauber.
