It was a well-organised hotel and families with small children were catered for with care and attention. Everyone seemed to be in their rooms by 10 o'clock, which meant no noise to disturb my sleep. The staff at Reception were welcoming and ready to resolve any difficulties.

Leider haben wir das Hotel mit einem schlechten Gefรผhl verlassen. Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedรผrftig, und obwohl alles inklusive ist, fallen fรผr die Sauna und das Hamam zusรคtzliche Kosten an. Abends im Restaurant in Ruhe zu essen ist ein echtes Problem, weil genau dort die Animation beginnt. A Strange Experience travelling alone.

I will give a very honest review based on my own experience. The great part is that the eighth floor has a superb view over all Alanya and the balconies are a nice size. However, this is a very old hotel.The entrance has been refurbished nicely, but is very dark with the colours chosen. It has a spooky feel to it. That said it would feel.diffetent when full in summer time. The rooms have been newly painted, but are very basic and space. That said, you have what you need. With tea and coffee in the lobby available. The pool is out of use in the winter time, but it looks nice for summer etc. I had a weird experience with housekeeping who did the usual towel animals, then when they found out I wasn't staying were, let's say were less than pleasant. The old Turkish Hospitality has changed somewhat, with the thinking that all of us Europeans are Uber rich lol. Would I stay there again? NO. It was a strange feeling there for me that I didn't like, so I checked out.

Zeker een goed hotel voor de prijs, ik zou er met een gerust hart terug gaan. Eten is goed, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en er wordt goed schoongemaakt. Very nice hotel in a great location

Royalisa is a very nice hotel in a great location. Beach and Alanium mall are within a walking distance. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks are all included all day long in the main restaurant or in the beautiful gardens. Nice swimming pool with water slides for kids, aqua gym and different activities... Friendly staff especially Cenah who helped us a lot in all what we needed. Will definitely come back ! Thank you

Ontzettend slecht geรฏnformeerd. Er is geen kidsclub. Wat wel staat beschreven. Het eten is slecht! Sochtens smiddags en savonds hetzelfde. En dat iedere dag. Het zwembad sluit om 19.00 uur. Personeel vooral achter de bar zijn heel onvriendelijk. Bijkomen op het balkon kan niet met de airco aan. Tegels bij het zwembad zijn ontzettend glad. Er is geen animatie voor kinderen of volwassen

Schrecklich! Leider muss ich einen Stern geben. Es ist alles schmutzig! Der Pool, die Gรคnge, das Zimmer, die Gardienen, die Bettwรคsche, sogar die frischen Handtรผcher haben ecklige Flecke. Das Personal ist unfreundlich! Am schlimmsten der Barkeeper. Im Pool war so viel Chlor das die kinder trotz mit Shampoo Duschen danach gestunken haben. Im Hotel ist es durchgehend laut. รœber den Tag wird man mit Musik beschallt und am Abend und in der Nacht rennen die betrunkenen durch die Gรคnge sodass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Das Hotel hat kein eigenen Strandzugang, mann darf gegen bezahlung die Liegen und Sonnenschirme eines anderen Hotels mit benutzen. Da der besagten Strandabschnitt einem anderen Hotel gehรถrt gibt es natรผrlich auch weder Getrรคnke noch Essen am Strand Inklusive. Da bin ich auch direkt beim nรคchsten Punkt. Das Wasser ist in groรŸen Ballons wie man sie aus manschen Lรคden kennt (Wasserspender), es schmeckt absolut nicht. Es ist nicht zu vergleichen mit den deutschen Wasserspendern. Die"Saft-" und Kaffeeautomaten bekommen das Wasser auch aus solchen Ballons die auf den Boden stehen รผber eine kleine Pumpe. Wenn diese leer sind und getauscht werden, liegen diese Pumpen eben am Boden der wie oben beschrieben nicht sauber ist. Das Essen ist geschmacklich nicht gerade รผberzeugend.
