Staff were great, the sea view was lovely. Bed was comfy. Shower was hesitant to work properly at start but after 5 mins it was good to go, probably only our room. Has great restaurants attached at the bottom for easy access to them and the spa was also a great bonus. Thank you guys

Had an amazing stay with the family, you could see from the balcony that other resorts were like a ghost town at this time of the year but this one although quite had a decent amount of guests. Very friendly staff, allowed us to check in an hour earlier too. One recommendation would be to put a microwave in at the main eating area as the food althou not cold i prefer my meals piping hot.Also the late night snack area needs to have more variety.

Stayed for 3 nights. Booked the deluxe room with sea view and got at a regular room with a view of the see. I ask for a room change room and was given another room with a better view but the room needed renovation. I eventually pay a little more and upgraded to the primary deluxe. The room was very nice with a jacuzzi, after trying to operate the jacuzzi got broken down. Maintenance came and took 45 min to fix the jacuzzi. Was a bit of disappointment as just upgraded and really love the room, I thought everything works. Breakfast couldav been a little bit more options!! The hotel seem to be having a big renovations as there where drilling noise from my room, banging, builders were up and down the corridor, room were fully open with debris on the floor outside. Very good location next to beach, loads of shops and restaurants around. I was disappointed because the gym was close literally no equipments. The spa in the hotel was really nice and sauna.

The hotel is lovely and so are the amenities like the spa, pool area, breakfast and location. The only negative was the renovations of the bistro a floor below us and quarrelling guests next door that had daily drunken brawls.

The hotelpictures are NOT all from the hotel. The pool is situated with the breakfast area and covered. The roof is removed after 10:00 So you swim when other guest sit and have breakfast. NOT Okay. And the pictures lie!

We booked a room here using Expedia and upon arrival, we noticed that the place was a complete dump and looked nothing like the photos that were uploaded. We left almost immediately after arriving. I talked to the front desk (Adnan, I believe) and he said he would issue a refund after subtracting the cost of the first night, which we didn’t stay. The day after he refused to do so. I took several photos of the property, which I’m happy to share—I anticipated something like this might happen. This feels like a typical scam, and it’s unacceptable.

First of all the fun food the toilet was not working. Secondly the pillows were so big it was not comfortable. I should’ve put at least two more pillows which are smaller. Certainly the curtains are white. You will wake up at 6 o’clock because it’s so bright the fridge was not working in the middle of the summer we couldn’t even have a cold water and it’s very overpriced. I would never book this hotel again. Although they said this is a parking do you have equipped street but you have to park away from the hotel for the girl. I think the management is not good. I hope this comment will make them think again
