Konfor ve temizlik noktasında iyi bir otel olsa da , karşılama hizmeti yetersizdi. Kahvaltı içeriği zengin fakat çalışanların servise yakın noktalarda maske takması gerektiğine dikkat edilmeli. Atmosfer güzel, odamızın penceresi sarmaşıklarla kapalı olmasa bu atmosferi daha da güzel deneyimleyebilirdik. Yani hiç mi müsait başka odanız bulunmuyor!

THE WORST!!! one of the worst hotels on earth, don't even try to book!!!! I booked a double room for 2 nights (4th-6th Aug. 2021), one month before my trip. When I arrived, the receptionist gave me a triple humid dusty room. I objected then he gave me a suite worse than the triple room!!! I told him that I booked a double good room not a room at a warehouse!!! I'm here for enjoying my holiday. After that I told him I want to cancel my booking and go search for another hotel. Automatically without trying to solve the problem,  he canceled the booking and asked me rudely and with full sarcasm if I needed a taxi!!! I asked to talk to the manager,  he said nobody is here, only me!! Very rude and impolite receptionist who needs to be grown up again. After I canceled the booking, they put on their website that they don't have double room!!! Note that I came to this bad hotel after driving for 4 hours from Gaziantep, with my mom and we needed a rest!!! But after 2 hours searching for a hotel, we went to the Ottoman Palace Resort, at least they respected us and gave us the desired service. I will never recommend it to any of my friends and I will write about this experience everywhere.

Lovely hotel but no wifi

The staff were very nice and breakfast was very good. The only complaint would be the wifi, which was non-existent. Although they had excellent cisco systems repeaters they were not working and they were reset multiple times. The staff did try to fix the situation but we had no wifi for the 3 days we were there.

Şehrin tam ortasında.Gezilmesi ve görülmesi gereken yerlere yürüme mesafesinde .... Otel konforu çok iyi .. Çalışanlar son derece Güler yüzlü ve yardımsever.. Odalar tertemiz ve geniş... Kahvaltıs yeterli düzeyde....Otelin otoparkının olması büyük avantaj... Son derece kaliteli bir ortam... Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim...

Beklentimizi karşılamadı.

Otel çok güzel bir otel aslında. Ancak eskimiş eşyaların durumu ve temizlik gerçekten çok vasat. Odada banyo harika durumdaydı ancak yataklar ve özellikle çocuklara açılan ek yataklar çok kötüydü. Odanın bir çok yerinde ciddi toz vardı. Ek yatakların nevresimleri yatakları tam kaplamıyordu. Böyle bir yapıya ve bu isme yakışmıyordu tüm bunlar. Beklentimizi karşılamadı açıkçası. Ancak elbette otelin lobisi personeli ve kahvaltısı harikulade...

Konfor güven ve hizmet oteli.

Mevki olarak Antakya merkezde ,hem alışveriş hemde müze ziyaretleri için çok güzel lokasyonda. Kahvaltı çeşitli harika ve yöresel, odalar gayet temiz ve konforlu,personel nazik ve yardımsever,konaklamak için ideal bir otel. Memnun kaldık tüm dostlarıma tavsiyemdir. Selamlar sevgiler.

We booked the Savon due to its old town location and because the property had three beds in a room. We found the place to be very comfortable, the hotel to be well decorated and intriguing. The breakfast array was delicious. There were many unnecessary lamps in our room and tables which made the space difficult to navigate. The rooms could provide easier access to outlets for charging devices.

Royal haven

Beautiful hotel, snugged away in the middle of the hustle, bustle and rubble. When you drive in there's a large open courtyard with flowers all around, then entering the hotel you are struck by the beautiful furnishings, props to the visionary and interior decorators. Excellent breakfast options including an omlette/scrambled station. I wish there were more electrical ports in the room and at least a workstation desk. Even with the absence of these amenities I rate this establishment as five star. Many sites to see in the surrounding areas, everything walking distance. There's a street that's filled with many restaurants or one could just eat on site at the hotel. I definitely look forward to returning and will definitely be recommending to friends.

Hafta sonu kaçamağı için Antakya'yı seçtik.merkezde aracı park edecek yer ararken otelimizi gördük.Ee otele girelim bari deyip erkenden giriş yaptık.havada yağmurlu olunca üzüldük baştan ama sonra iyi ki Savon Otel'i tesadüfi bulup,başlangıcımızı otelle yapmışız dedik.otele girişte bizi mest eden sabun kokusu yol yorgunluğumuza iyi geldi.rahatlatıcı bir etki bırakıyor insanın üzerinde.öğlen ve akşam yemekleri ücretli idi.keşke siparişler yanında birkaç mezeyi kendileri ikram etselermiş dedik.kahvaltı da ise seçenek boldu.humus,biberli ekmek,antakya simidi gibi yöresel yiyeceklerde vardı.gayet göz ve karın doyurucu bir menüydü bence.personel güler yüzlü ve samimiydi.(özellikle valeye ayrıca teşekkürlerimi sunmak isterim.) Konum olarak antakya orta noktada gibi geldi bize.15-20 dk yürüyerek tüm gezilecek yerlere rahatlıkla gidilebilir noktada.

Sigara içmeyenler dikkat!

Herşey güzeldi, sadece ilk geldiğimizde sigara içilen oda verdiler ama hemen değiştirdiler. Rezervasyon sırasında böyle bir tercih yoktu. Bütün odalarda sigara içilmesi gerekli aslında birçok yerde olduğu gibi. Otel tamamem dolu olsaydı ve değişiklik yapılamasaydı sıkıntı olurdu.
