"The manager (female) of Casa Muru is so unfriendly and “Karen” like in nature that more than 5 of the neighboring restaurants, cafes, and stores warned me about her, and respectively expressed how difficult it was to communicate or cooperate with her."

"Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. My Goodness, the beds are soft and comfortable. Having split rooms with a group was great. I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't say one bad thing about it. "

"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. "Excellent value for the money. Excellent staff, good space for dining, lounge. Convenient location, safe. Had two different rooms. First a classic triple, spacious, big bathroom. But window to corridor above bed ?! made it hard to sleep, plus could hear anyone walking in corridor. Second was deluxe studio with nice jacuzzi. Much better for sleeping. Breakfast excellent due to fresh fruits. Guests apparently from a wide variety of countries, practical types. Were very happy staying there. "
