Initially we didn't have any check in details but after a quick call, that was sorted out immediately and we were allowed to check in earlier, meaning we didn't have to wait around all sweaty after our hiking. "This place was great. We stayed in a beautiful clean comfortable room with a balcony and kitchenette, at a great price. We stayed in one of their Pamplona properties. We will definitely be checking out their others when we get to Madrid and Malaga. They don't have customer service staff at the location but any messages we sent them through WhatsApp were answered promptly."
