Volos is perfectly positioned between Athens & Thessaloniki to break up trip. Need to travel 3kms to get to port for excellent dining options. "

"We had a great stay with the family. The house is fully equipped and aesthetically it follows the traditional Pelion style. Hosts were very helpful and gave us useful tips. The closest beach is just couple of minuets of walking away. All commodities are nearby, with a supermarket a bread store and a butcher's store. Very nice stay."

"By far one of the best apartments I had in any of my trips abroad! Big, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner in every room (that freeze up the air in no time, despite the 34 degrees outside!), two balconies and a huge yard to have friends over (in this case - my sister's family that also visited Kala Nera). "We had an amazing stay at villa Evridiki! The property itself is stunning, with spectacular views! The host even welcomed us with a lovely basket filled with local produce upon arrival. The addition of the pool was a fantastic feature, providing the perfect spot to enjoy the views and surroundings. Although the pool was not heated, this didn't prevent us from using it during the warm day. Parking is also available off road and on street. Access to the property is through a steep path...

"Sea, crystal clear, however, not recommended for those seeking sandy beaches, as it is rocky Property spotless clean, needs (maybe) some minor updating, although as it is, is absolutely fine Large rooms with breathtaking views, from the balcony, of the Pagasitic sea and the sunset Close proximity for a day trip to Trikeri and Agia Kuriakn, for fresh fish, sea urchins and lobsters and to nearby Argalasti, for fresh mountain air and good souvlaki under the platania in the village square "

"What a wonderful hotel!!! The hotel was elegant, very clean, very thought out. There wasnt anything missing. There was even a kitchenette an a Nespresso machine, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were very comfortable in size. Even the elevator was pretty. Tonia who greeted us and checked us in was just lovely and as quick as you can get to satisfy your needs. In minutes she found a hairdresser one of us needed, she made reservations at a fabuloys local pub/eatery famous for their appetizers and aranged taxi transport to and from as we needed. Then made us all coffee. Concierge and then some. The breakfast was also fantastic. Simply an Amazing gem of a hotel with just 16 rooms!!! Wish all hotels had this type of service with a genuine smile."
