"Excellent hotel. Chyna Club was amazing. The restaurants, staff, cleanliness, etc were top notch. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool. It was 115 degrees out so we decided to go to the Arte Museum and The Sphere instead. Definitely would stay again. Only trouble was or blind were controlled by an automated button and the were broke so hard to enjoy the view."

"The bingo needs a closed off area for smoking. They closed the cafe and opened up the STG bar and grill and they are not a full bar they only had 3 types of wine and they closed the bar when the cafe closes and the cafe has a very limited menu. Also when you walk into the place there is no one there that states you need to wait to be seated. They need some work to improved the overall atmosphere of the place. The only place there that stays open late to eat or have a snack are the fast food place."

"I loved the whole experience... a touch of Aloha throughout... nice and helpful staff. We had an issue with the AC unit... making a terrible noise and a burning smell... it was 115 degrees in Vegas while we were there... but I reported it and it was fixed the same day while we were out... no smell, no loud churning noise, and it cooled the room and shut off according to the Auto setting! Thanks. One incident... late night dinner/diner in the hotel is great, and very busy on Friday/Saturday nights... don't sit at the bar... service was poor and inattentive... I want to believe it was because of how busy it was...but I also noticed that the servers treated me, my 2 friends, and another couple at the poor in a gruff and begruding manner... we all are Black... then the one couple at the end were treated promptly with smiles and such... White... We all noticed. Otherwise I will stay at the hotel again for sure!"
