"Thoroughly enjoyed my staff at Moxy, SEC, last night. It's such a quirky hotel with a real buzz. Perfectly situated for events at The Hydro and close to some cracking pubs/restaurants. Very courteous, cheery and helpful Reception staff made the check-in process hassle free. The bedroom was spacious and well-appointed. Double bed was very comfortable indeed; had a compact bathroom with a decent shower too. Breakfast choices were good with a good range of hot and cold options. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"A nice hotel in the heart of the city. Staff are excellent as was the food and drink we had. Rooms are spacious and comfy if a bit tired. The car park under the hotel is excellent I would stay here again"

"A very comfortable and enjoyable short stay at The Village Hotel - and very handy for the Ovo Hydro where we saw 'Two Doors Down'. Bus stops were nearby - both Hop On/Off type and ordinary ones - so was easy to get around Glasgow. When we needed a taxi booking, the reception staff were happy to do so - and the taxis arrived promptly. The hotel had nice 'industrial style' contemporary decor, was well maintained and the rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. The restaurant food was nice enough - burgers, steaks, etc - and breakfasts were delicious. There were plenty of tables in the restaurant, so never felt squeezed in. All in all, for our first visit to Glasgow, we had a great time and staying at this hotel only enhanced our visit. Thanks!"
