"We liked the layout of the room the bedroom has privacy from the living area. The breakfast was really good. We actually would stay full the whole day and didn’t spend a lot of money on going out to eat the free shuttle to the stockyards was a plus."

"Shout out to Lexcey, Delshan, and Heidi for their amazing assistance when we found ourselves next door to the suite with the grand piano. We came to Fort Worth to have our hometown preacher marry us since he moved to be closer to family. Our destination wedding is March 2026, but this was the special private ceremony between ourselves. Suddenly we found ourselves up against a very small child and a grand piano. It was not a lovely match at all. In tears from my frustration of listening to this for several hours, I stopped by the front desk on our way to our dinner reservation. We were offered an upgrade and a room switch. After dinner, we welcomed the room change. I was not looking forward to more of this dreadful concert of banging on the piano. After we settled into our room, we were sent a complimentary bottle of wine, which we declined, but made us smile. The gesture was very thoughtful, and the staff went well out of their way to make our stay great. We will definitely make an anniversary trip next year, but they really should find another home for the grand piano. The 11th floor of a hotel directly connected to other rooms is not appropriate. If an accomplished adult had been playing, it probably would’ve been the coolest thing on earth, but our concert was a small child banging random keys for hours off and on between games of hide and seek. Kudos to all the staff for their friendliness, professionalism, and welcoming attitudes. Thank you for making our stay special. "
