"The shoreline view from our spacious room was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the room was hot, even with the fans on and the window open. We propped the door open a bit to get the cool AC air from the hallway whenever we could. Having a private bathroom across the hall from our room was inconvenient, but it was known to us when we booked. Thus, this is a lesson learned for us."

"Our stay at the Garrison House the first week of June was very nice. The house was clean and comfortable. The innkeepers were friendly and answered questions about the area and local activities. Great coffee, delicious and hardy hot breakfast every morning. We stayed 7 nights. I will definitely stay there again!!"

"First time staying at a bed and breakfast in Canada. Was very pleased with the inn and our room. Very spacious room and private bathroom with a claw tub! Several rooms to relax and chat with other guests. Lots of thoughtful amenities such as water in the room, coffee machine on second floor and more. Our hosts were lovely and informative. And best part was the breakfast! Felt like royalty. Only disappointment was I didn't take pictures to share!"

"Great staff property is is dated but they are actively updating it. Everytime we come the have updated something in the room. Great value for the price very pet friendly. Everyone we met loves dogs. Rooms have good sound proofing. Wonderful fluffy white towels. Beds are very comfortable and new."

"I loved this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. It is an older hotel but obviously well cared for; the pool was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. Our family stayed in a cabin which was comfortable and reasonably priced."
