"The hotel is hopeless. From the moment we step in there are plenty of red flags. Firstly, the lift was not working and the receptionist (I don' know what language he is speaking) apologised for the inconvenience. The room ambience is very poor with no proper ventilation. The room is not clean at all with worn out blankets and pullovers. The set of towels given were worn out and of poor quality. Almost to the extent of being thrown out.
