We didn’t enjoy the pool since it was a bit chilly but the hotel was so nice and clean. There was gelato in the lobby which we definitely took advantage of. We walked to Universal Studios everyday (0.8 miles I think).

The staff was fabulous! Took very good care of me, especially the bellmen. Mo is a superb service provider.
