Needs to be clean

Check in was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful but when we got to the room there were things floating in the toilet and the bathroom door was filthy. If it wasn’t late and few rooms left we would have left

Very friendly and welcoming staff and fairly clean room. However bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. The breakfast area was clean but food was average and not fully stocked, like milk for cereal, and having the staff walking right past you with cleaning carts while eating was a bit obnoxious.

This hotel was a convenient 15 minute drive to Ann Arbor and the free hot breakfast was appreciated. My only criticism is that the pillows were too fat and we all woke up with aching necks every morning.

We were in town for Commencement at the University of Michigan. This was the only place that we found that had any vacancies within a reasonable driving distance. In a price we were willing to pay. The staff was friendly and did their jobs but for what we paid we did not get the quality of hotel we are used to.
