The roll up blinds had no effect on the alley lighting. With black out shades the unit would be really nice.

The downtown Ann Arbor are was amazing. The A2 Exhibit was just beautiful easy instructions and everything was extremely clean and everything you can think of was provided.

Great concept in a fantastic location! We loved using the roof and that it was so comfortable for us and our dog. Only negative was that the hallway smelled so strongly (a smell best described as used cat litter?) that it carried into our apartment

This is a perfect location and much better than a hotel for those who want to avoid eating out every meal. Small things keep it from being excellent, like a lack of a bath rug or hooks for towels; a lack of hand towels and sponges in the kitchen. Not deal breakers, but inconveniences.

Communication with the property support was awful. We wanted to schedule a cleaning by paying extra money and they still couldn’t arrange for cleaning as they just don’t respond or pay attention to the requests in time. I like that I didn't have to interact with anyone in person and everything was handled digitally. When I did have questions (like the wifi password), the live chat function on the hotel's website provided instanteous support, even at 1am. If you are an introvert this is the place for you. Super clean, nice to have a kitchen, bed was comfortable as well. 10/10

The property is new, clean, and very spacious! The location is awesome! There are only a few things that i wish were a bit better: - the walls are very thin so we could hear everything the neighbors were doind and everyone who was walking or opening/closing the doors in the main hallway. - although the bed sheets and towels were washed, there were a few stains that the detergent didnt remove. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, location, and all the nee amenities!
