This place was horrible! Smelled bad, rude service, very sketchy location, and nothing promised on the internet was true. No parking, no free breakfast. It was so bad we didn't stay there and lost our reservation money.

Tüm oda sigara dumanına boğulmuştu. Sebebini anlamadık önce sonrasında klima açınca gördüm ki klimadan geliyor o koku ama beter ötesi bir şey herşeyin üstüne sinmiş sigara kokusu ve duman nefes alamadık doğru düzgün .Yataklar havlular çarşaflar sarı sarı lekeler doluydu. Ama bu daha hiçbir şey. Küçücük bir penceresi var hava almak için ve ana caddeye bakıyor. Camı açarsanız uyumak imkansız sesten ötürü. Camı kapattık klimayı kapattık sıcaktan geberdik 2 saat zor uyuduk. Allah düşmanıma yaşatmasın böyle bir gece diyorum.lütfen tercih etmeyin.bu arada perdeler tam kapanmıyor giyinirken ışıkları kapatmak zorundasınız dışarıdan görmesinler diye.

Travma sebebi OTEL

Sabaha kadar otelin yanındaki pavyondan gelen ankara havası sesinden ve kavgalardan dolayı uyuyamadık.Odada kötü bir koku vardı sinmiş sigara kokusu vardı aşırı havasızdı banyoda boya kokusu vardı fayans araları galiba kilidini kapatmak adına griye boyanmıştı lavabo hiç temiz değildi kıl vs vardı temizlenmemiş Klozet yeri o kadar dardıki öne eğildiğimizde kafamız lavobonun içine giriyordu. Sadece resepsiyondan ve çalışandan memnun kaldık. Ortam hiç güven vermedi Otorparkı zaten yok yönlerdirdikleri yerde araba sabah yok olacakmış gibiydi gidip 400 tl verip özel otoparka koydum. Başımıza bir şey gelecek diye korkarak hayatımızın en kötü gecesini geçirdik

Sakın sakın ha yaklaşmayın grand bella palace a

Otelin bir hizmetini görmedik, personel güleryüzlü değil. Hijyen sıfır zaten. Etrafı komple tehlike. Sabaha kadar gözümüze uyku girmedi çünkü bir gecede otelin önünde 2 kere kavga çıktı. Daha bu bizim duyduğumuz. Ne hijyen ne güvenlik. Tek gitmeyin ama ailenizle sakın gitmeyin. (Yorumlara aldanıp geldik bu arada ama ne hikmetse yorumlar çok iyi) bu arada etrafı komple gece kulübü vs. Ve önündeki taksi durağı. Tavsiye etmiyorum.
