I stayed at Grand Dora Otel together with a group on 14-15/12/2024, that was booked by my tour manager. On 15/12, when I entered my room, I was shocked that all my belongings were gone. I asked at the reception and they told me that they have put all my stuffs in temporary storage, because they have overbooked and have to move me to a hotel two streets away. I have not been informed about it beforehand. Apparently, their morning staffs and night-shift staffs have no communication and no one has informed me of the move. This is simply unacceptable to any customer. The room I've been moved to at Dora Residence Hotel was small, with cigarette smell. The hotel staffs don't speak any English at all and it has been difficult to explain until my friend who speak Turkish came to rescue me. I booked this hotel for one more night on 18/12, just so that I can leave my big suitcase behind while I was travelling elsewhere. Because I've already sent the payment, I have no choice but to come back. This time the stay was okay, but the room's keycard failed and I've to came down to the reception ask for a key to open the door. In general, this hotel is really sub-standard, and unpleasant to stay. The breakfast in the morning is poor, with instant coffee and not much choice of food.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Great service with affordable price. Close to market. You can walk to the market to shop and eat. Imra was very helpful. Also the manager was friendly . They have Spa and Hammam with means showers in Turkish. I didn't have a chance to try it because my vacation was for 5 days. Highly recommended

Gece girip sabah kahvalti yapip ciktim. Hersey yeterli duzeyde fiyat/performans oteli, herhangi bir problemle karsilasmadim. wc iyi yatak temiz tv klima mevcut kahvalti iyi sihhiye metrosuna 5-6dk yurume mesafesinde. Bir Daha Tercih Etmem

Otele geldiğimizde çarşafların değişmediğini genel temizlik ve havalandırmanın yapılmadığını fark ettik. 8 Saat boyunca sıcak su hizmetini bir türlü veremediler. Klima kumandası da yoktu. Kalorifer tesisatı da çalışmıyordu ve oda da soğuktu.
