Considering the good value/night, I will stay again, but definitely not the claimed 4 star establishment. Good stay, great/safe/central location, ok customer service, good sized rooms. While the lobby is nicely decorated, the rooms are in dire need of renovations and better cleaning. While the cold breakfast: cheese, olives, boiled eggs, bread variety, honey, jams, and cereals were excellent, the "cooked" breakfast: stale fries, sausage, some vegetable stews, and omlettes were both questionable-looking and strange tasting. I am not sure why they have it out there if there is no effort to make it look/taste good. There is a small gas range to make your own omelette but no book of matches to light up the gas range and the man attending was not interested when I tried to ask about it. He was simply bored and cleaning tables. Conclusion: good place for the price if you are a casual traveler and not very particular about things.

Hotel is a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was really helpful and accomodating. I asked a non smoking room and they gave me a non smoking room. The location is perfect, close to Metro station and Kizilay Square. Lots of food options. Very safe to walk around during the night.

I would have preferred a non-smoking room. All rooms at this hotel are smoking rooms. The employees were so kind as to check out four rooms to pick the one with the least smell. The location is quite central. It is easy to walk to the Metro and other points of interest.

In the bathroom water was leaking from above on to the toilet. Reported it to the front desk and they did nothing.sometimes when I used the toilet I fell on it. The electric kettle was burnt it was sticky.

Great location

Great location near all shop and few minutes walking to kizilay square. The blankets were extremely dirty and AC didn't work well. Breakfast is good but some bowls had broken pieces. The rooms are spacious.

Please don’t book this until you see it in person. What you see on the picture is when hotel fresh built, it now really falling apart, nasty, the shower is broken. I asked the front desk to change my room, they said they don’t have available rooms.
