Bilkent Hotel is in an amazing location, serene, quiet and calming. The staff is fantastic, every single person we interacted with was very kind and polite. We will definitely go back and visit again soon. We loved our stay here. Thank you.

Great old hotel

A very traditional hotel with excellent staff. But unfortunately the bathroom was not up to par. The hotel shower would not drain water properly.

Ac was not working in our room. Although we asked many times, they didnt fix and they didnt change our room.it waa too hot and we coulnt sleep I dont recommend using pool area with kids as stuff doesnt care whats happening. A few couples was literally acting very inappropriately in the pool and in front of the kids. there was no warning at all..they should have said adult only pool area....

On a budget

Generally a good and on a budget hotel but rooms must be cleaned better, lot of dust over the desk and where TV is placed. Breakfast is good but I've never been in the resturant i I can't review it. Very nice wellness area wit sauna, massages and pool. The gym is ok but there was 2 machine out of service, can be improved.

The room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke, despite opting for a non-smoking room. I changed and in the new room I had no electricity in the morning as the bathroom light blew it. Not a good experience for a 3 night stay.

Ok in general terms, but 5 Stars?

The floor of the room was covered with laminate. This and the sober (and not very practical) furnishings did not create a cozy atmosphere. It was more like a room for a decent 4-star business hotel. The bathroom was clean and large but had structural defects: the paint on the ceiling in the shower was peeling off and the door frames were swelling from below and the paint was also peeling off, which suggests that the cleaning was too wet and possibly that too harsh cleaning agents were used. The breakfast was excellent.

The biggest problem with this hotel is that you cannot control the temperature of your own room. All AC systems are connected to one system. The rooms were way too hot, 26 Celsius through the night. They kept “trying to fix it”. Finally, someone admitted that the hotel was going to be remodeled in the next year. They should not be charging the rates they are charging when the hotel is tired, and in need of remodeling and being in the modern age. If you don’t need to be at the university, I would not recommend for you to stay here.

Had to change 2 rooms before settle in the 3rd one during our 2 nights stay. We've booked a deluxe room which was an upgrade from the standard ones on the "renovated" part of the hotel. We walked in to our first room and immediately run out because of the terrible septic smell! Without properly apologizing, front desk moved us to our second room. The room was outdated, the bed was so awful it would be better if we slept on the floor. The plumbing in the shower and bathroom sink weren't working at all, even during a very quick shower walk-in shower flooded. We had to complain once again after our first night in agony and they moved us to our third room on our second night. The accommodations weren't improved at all but at that point we just wanted pushed through the night and leave immediately in the morning. Will never stay there again!

Bir arkadaşımızın kızının düğünü için otele geldik. Gece de otel de kaldık. Oldukça büyük bir organizasyon olmasına rağmen kusursuz servis vardı. Yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Otel odamız sigara içilen bir oda da olsa sın derece temiz ve kokususuzdu. Yeni renove edilmişti. Çok memnun kaldık ailece.

Otel havuzu yaz okuluna kiralaniyor.

Genel olarak iyi bir konaklama oldu. Ancak havuzun okula kiralanması kabul edilebilir değil. Sabah birden havuza onlarca çocuk doldu. Hem hijyen hem de konfor açısından kabul edilebilir değil çok amatörce bir uygulama. Böyle bir otele yakışmadı. Tekrar gidermiyim hayır.

Mutluluğumuzun yarım kaldığı bir konaklama

2 oda rezervasyon yaptım fakat ikinci odam yaklaşık üç saat sonra teslim edildi diğer oda da beş kişi üç saat beklemek zorunda kaldık yetişmemiz gereken bir etkinlik vardı zamanında hazırlanamadığımızdan geç kaldık,bir de resepsiyondaki soyadı DAĞ olan kişinin saygısız ve terbiyesizce tavırlarına maruz kaldım

Odamızın kliması bozuktu, yaz ayında bozuk bir klima kabul edilemez bir durum. Oda ısısını gösteren termostat 28 derece gösteriyor pencereden sıcak hava geliyor. Klima en soğukta en üst fanda açık hiçbir soğutma yok. Buna yoldan gelir gelmez uyuduğumuz için uyurken saatlerce maruz kaldık. Aradığımızda da teknik ekiplerin ilgileneceği söyledi. 2-3. Aramamda ancak geldi. Geldiğinde filtrenin değiştirilmesini gerektiğini en az bir 10 dk süreceğini söyledi. Odada eşyalarımız varken ve solunum, alerji problemlerimiz varken odada böyle bir şey yapılmasını istemediğimizi söyledik. Bu durumun oda bize verilmeden önce halledilip, kontrol edilmesi gerekiyordu.Oda değiştirme talebinde bulunduğumuzu söyledik. Ancak dakikalarca bekledikten sonra resepsiyondan bir dönüş olmayınca aramamız üzerine, siz teknik servisi odaya almamışsınız dendi. Talebimizle ilgili hiçbir değerlendirme vs yapılmamış. Teknik servis odaya geldi baktıve bozuk filtre değişimi için odadan çıkacak dahil vaktimiz yoktu ve acelemiz vardı. Kaldı ki buna vakit ayırmak zorunda bırakılmamalıydık. İlk 2 aramada bir özür dahil dilenmedi. Sonrasında 30 derece sıcak odada terleyerek uzun bir süre bekledikten sonra takebşmiz ancak karşılandı. Böyle bir otelde böyle bir durumla karşılaşılmaması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
