"Perhaps by Goan standards this place is good, but despite its picture-postcard setting, I think it’s over-priced and lacking basic facilities. My room was lacking some obvious amenities including a fridge, bath mat, hair dryer, tissues, phone. All pretty standard for a “3+ star” hotel, even in India, no? "Been coming here on and off for 30ys it was one off the best places to chill and stay with amazing swimming pool ,but it seem to need TLC, it needs the swimming pool floor re painted to look like a lagoon again. "The stay was equipped somewhat okay. We did miss two chairs inside our room. The pool was not very clean and some of the staffs were kind of passive and not very welcoming. Overall I would say the stay was okay but could do much better, given the other facilities available, including the adequate parking and the swimming pool."

"Stayed for 4 nights at the property. Had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good, location is excellent. All Rooms are pool facing, views from some of the rooms are spectacular. The staff is also very friendly, specially the room service and parking guards.
