"The resort is very good and had good facilities. The beach area was excellent and the swimming pools were clean and not crowded.
The restaurant had good variety but not appropriate for a total vegetarian. According to them, fish was counted as vegetarian so you need to be aware of this. The cleanliness of the restaurant was not as good as it should have been. The bar staff were partial when serving and would ignore you and serve people who came after you. This is not acceptable.

"We had a terrible experience. This property is not managed 24h. The owner comes by only when it's needed. Their check-in time is 4 pm and the owner told us the reception closes at 4:30 pm which gave us 30 min window to check-in. We had to rush to get the keys. She told us she would leave her contact information and useful links for the property to our phone and email but we never received it. She said she lives 15 min away and will come by when it's needed. We mentioned that we will have to...
