We had just flown into Berlin from the US and then driven to the locationand did not have phones that work in the country. We reached out through the Expedia app but did not get a response... "Sehr schöne Unterkunft, es war fast alles perfekt. Die Unterkunft bot alles was man benötigte. Wenn die Matratze im Bett mit einem Topper versehen gewesen wäre, dann hätten wir 5 Sterne und auch mehr vergeben. So hatten wir auf der sehr harten Matratze keine gute Nacht, aber das ist unser empfinden, andere schlafen gerne auf einer Matzatze die kaum nachgibt. Sorry."

"Ich bin auf der Rezeption es war leer . Ich dort geblieben hat gewartet , dann kam in der Restaurant 2 Frauen die haben mir total ignoriert bis ich irgendwann zur denn laufen dann sag sie mir nach meine guten Tag Tag « ja ich komme «  ich sag das hatte mir es einfach gesagt statt mich einfach wie eine penna da warten lassen und mit blicken starren !! Wird sie das auch so machen wenn ich nicht dunkel haut war ? R*** stich"
