Hotel close to Biarritz

The overall appearance of the hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly. The room was otherwise okay but very damp – I suspect that moisture is coming from the bathroom into the room, causing structural dampness. Despite everything, during the summer season, the two nights went quite well. Breakfast: Coffee, juice, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, croissant, fruit. Taxi to Biarritz center ~25€ +/-5€

Hôtel qui ne vaut pas mieux qu'un F1 avec des draps blancs tachés et un coin d'eau où il est difficile de se mouvoir avec un toilette casiment dans la douche. Ne vaut pas le prix de la nuit je déconseille. D'autre part personnel peu accueillant.

Pas certaine que les draps avaient été changés. Cabine de douche avec moisissures. Pommeau de douche qui sert également de robinet et le support ne tenait pas. Problème d'abattant. Mauvaise isolation du bruit. Oreillers inconfortables.

Service accueil au top. Souriante, sympathique, explique bien et propose les services. On se sent a l'aise. Les communs ont plein de toiles d'araignées. Chambre pas très propre. Toile d'araignées au sol avec plein de poussiere juste a côté du lit des enfants. La chambre aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Lit confortable. Calme. Parking avec de la place et à proximité de toutes commodités

Correct

Sejour correct bon rapport qualité prix. Le point le plus décevant étant le manque de propreté de la moquette avec une odeur insupportable. Chambre famille très correcte. Hôtel situé proche des plages et des commerces, proche de l'autoroute. Je recommande malgré l'odeur de la moquette et la petite taille de la salle de bain.

Prefer to sleep on street ina tent.

The worse place i stayed in my life. And I have stayed from 0 star to 5 star hotels But never had come.across such a situation. Problem with check in. There shouldnt be as there is a machind outside to check in. Room dirty, pee in toilet, blood on towels, bleach smell in room. We arrived very late and were extremely tired, but inly survived 4 hours and left. Unacceptable place.
