"Our room was very clean and appeared to have been updated within the past few years. We did have a minor issue getting the room cleaned daily, but that was on us since we happened to be in the room when housekeeping stopped by. They were able to get it cleaned on our fourth day, which we really appreciated.
T.J. at the front desk was fantastic—always smiling, friendly, and willing to help with anything we needed. Thank you, TJ, for the great service! Much appreciated!

"The property is well kept and the staff were always nice. The buffet breakfast was good with two kinds of eggs each day plus breakfast meats, cereals, breads, pastries and more. The pools were nice even if only one was heated. The Tiki bar in the pool area was a nice feature. The only issue was that the wifi never worked in our room and was even hard to connect in the lobby. It must have been across the whole property because they had a sign at the desk about the wifi not working. We were there last year and the wifi was spotty then."
