"The manager whilst seemingly polite was inattentive and did not check the room booked was available. Offered alternative room that was not suitable but we had no choice but to take it. I was offered a refund but it was not forthcoming and still hasn’t been received. "

"Appartments, notice this since there are no daily cleaning (which is fine by me) and you might need your own towels if travelling more than 2 people, likewise bring your own toiletpaper. We did not buy breakfast, not sure if this is possible, but there is a supermarket 600meter from the appartment and you can use the kitchen to do your own breakfast (or meals in general)"

"The hotel is located on a side road in a modest size village. Very little traffic passes so it's not likely to attract passing trade but does mean it's very quiet with no vehicle noise in the rooms. The staff speak good English so communication isn't a problem. The room has a balcony with views of the mountains in the distance. Breakfast costs extra but is of high quality. The only issue is the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but the shower gel provided an alternative."

Great little hotel

"From the friendly texts with entry codes and other information, through to the clean and well equipped accommodation, this place is a great little hotel. Located opposite a swimming pool, and the Agnes Varda Cinema, it couldn't have been more peaceful. Couldn't even hear the goats bleating from the surrounding hills! Have stayed here before. Will stay here again."

"We stayed in an apartment. I loved the property and its relaxed feel and location. Some lovely walks are available close by. The reception staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. They are very spacious, warm and clean, but very self contained. The bed was comfortable but pillow choice was limited. Kitchen was nice with 2 hot plates, no oven or frying pan. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and was not fixed during our stay. Excellent self parking and it was easy to get a good night sleep here. "

Perhaps because we got a ground floor unit. - The patio was unusable (no privacy and plastic table and chairs were covered in bird poop). - Grounds weren't well kep with grass long, not outdoor seating around the pool (which is much smaller than expected with limited hours). - Check in process was frustrating. - Unit had absolutely no supplies (no hand soap, no toilet paper, etc). We asked the front desk and they gave us a half roll. - Sheets and towels were provided in a big bag so we had to make all the beds (which I realized later during our trip seems to be a european thing...) "
