great hotel. filipino-owned which made it better. it had a Filipino feel to it and around the place.

Very friendly and helpful staff, all day coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Breakfast was good. A very homely place to stay.

One of the newest accommodation in puerto princessa. Has indoor pool. Walking distance from city hall and register of deeds. Accessible to multicab public transportation.

I had a really good time here! The staff was extra friendly, the breakfast buffet was decent, the panoramic views and access to retail stores and the city center were an advantage. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay at a good price.

The rooms (2) were well kept and very clean. The staff both at the front desk and room steward were very pleasant and accommodating, ready to assist in any request that my family had with a smile and efficiently. We booked the tours (Honda Bay Island Hopping and Underground River) through the hotel and although they had no brochures of the tours the staff was informative of what to expect. We decided last minute on our first evening at the hotel to visit the fire fly tour and the receptionist...

The Monera family has been in Palawan for 40 years. The hotel is giving us the opportunity to experience the warm hospitality and excellence of the family. One negative thing though they need to do something about the mosquitoes in the dining area. They could plant citronella or other organic plants or herbs that scares insects away. This way they still preserve their identity of being a greenspace in Puerto Princesa.

Very convenient for a short stay biz travel.

Great stay

The place is quiet, isolated from the big street. The room is spacious for one or 2 people. Everything was clean. And the staff gave me a warmwelcome and warmgoodbye, really appreciated :) See you soon :)
