"The service is good but the property or the hotel needs more tlc. Shower pressure is 2/10 location far from everything . Tv have only one channel. We only used food panda for our food."

"This is a nice hotel in a very central location, near the SM City Mall in Puerto Princessa. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. We had a couple of disappointments though. 1. We dropped laundry off at 7:00 am expecting it to be returned cleaned by 4:00 pm, as stated in their guide. However, by 4:00 pm, the laundray had not been done. This was an inconvenience. 2. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. All-in-all, however, it was a great place to stay."
