"The front desk staff were professional and responsive. The room was comfortable and very spacious. The housekeeping, however, did an abysmal job of cleaning the rooms. None of the trash cans had liners, we had a cracked ice bucket that was not replaced until after two days of bringing it to their attention, They repeatedly kept forgetting to provide us bars of soap as well as a full complement of bath towels. They forgot to clean our room on two different days and we had to call the front desk to have them send a housekeeping staff person to do it. We definitely will not be going there again."

"This was a nice property with helpful staff. I was in a handicapped accessable room, so not sure what a "regular "room looked like. I felt that the floor in the bathroom was dated. Also, the soap container (there were containers with body wash, shampoo and conditioner inside the shower) had fallen off the wall. The phone didn't work, which I think should be corrected for emergencies. These was nothing wrong with the room but I would call it basic. There could be more personal touches/ items that would make one's stay "sparkling"! A note of welcome in each room, a phone that works with directions of whom to call for info, etc...."

"When we first walked in the lobby was nice and clean it was it looked nice but soon as we got to the hallways it smelled like somebody peed all in the hallways it was trash everywhere I mean it was nasty but we understand that the housekeeping was cleaning or whatever I guess and then soon be walking our room and turn the lights on it was crumbs and hair and and and trash everywhere on the floor the bed was never changed and then so we went to the lobby to talk to the front desk and ask him if they can come clean our room and then we went to eat we was going for about an hour and a half two hours we come back the floor still haven't been vacuumed by anything the bathroom still had soap particles in the tub all they did was tuck the sheets back in and left so we called back down to the lobby they said they call housekeeping to clean it so we packed our bags and was ready to leave but they said can we please just change your room we said okay they changed our room we go to another room it was fine but the bathroom wasn't clean we would not stay here ever again and I do not recommend that place in and housekeeping stole my perfume"

"I loved that the property was well-maintained, clean, and easily accessible. The kitchenette was clean and well equipped and staff was very accommodating and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. My only concern was that the shower door would not stay shut. Because of this the bathroom floor would become very wet and create a potential fall hazard. All things considered, I would rate this a great 8+!"

"The place feels like a home. We loved it! Parking is so easy there is a lot of space. And free shuttle to the airport for guests!"

"Parking was not so simple and cost a lot for a one night stay - 43 dollars, staff was good - room needs to be upgraded - old drapes old carpets, old air conditioning unit that made a lot of noise."
