Very relaxing stay.

Very relaxing stay for my birthday, unfortunately the put a note for a free Bottle of Cava under our bedroom door after we had gone out for the afternoon/evening, so it was to late to enjoy by the time we got back to our room & we fiew home the following morning, but apart from thst we had a very relaxing stay.

Really good location

Location was fantastic right on the beach front, staff were welcoming and helpful, only one thing was the single beds pushed together but, we were only staying for two nights so wasn’t an issue. Surrounded by nice restaurants and bars with a short taxi to Port d Andratx where there was a-bit more to do.

Positives & Negatives at Blu Mar H10

We were upgraded to a suite for what was the first 2 nights but a travel delay meant it was one night so I queried on check in about having to move to another room after just 24 hours stay and was told we just had to. So not a great start having to pack up and move. We were giving a complimentary evening meal for the inconvenience but I’d have just enjoyed settling into one room for what was only a 3 night stay. The opportunity of an upgrade being a Platinum member is only a treat if it’s for the duration of the stay ! The food was the highlight at this hotel as it was excellent. The suite on night one had an old shower over bath which posed a slip hazard for us. We found the superior sea view to have a modern shower and refurbished bathroom but the bed has no support at the back and moved away from the wall so was uncomfortable. Check out day leaves us with a lasting memory. The luggage store is dirty and unkept. The shower facility in the spa area is very hot and actually a big risk for a loan female showering so publicly with men using the gym area. Then the worst part is once showered there’s absolutely no air con in the toilets where you dry and then in the whole of the reception / bar area so we disappointedly waited and sweated before our coach to the airport . It can be hours before getting home for many travellers and having zero air con is a big inconvenience once you are set to travel. We did note reception staff have air con right at their own area. Good & Bad !!!

Good location

The location is great, very close to the beach with bars and restaurants nearby. Staff at the hotel were lovely. Actual hotel is OK, not boutique! I wouldn’t return to this hotel for the price we paid.

Clean and moderately comfortable but not a holiday atmosphere. Breakfast ok but evening meals very poor - one dish with rotting salad. Menu repetitive and tasteless - dessert menu unchanging. Would not recommend. Saving grace is that the staff were friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the H10, its relatively stylish and well appointed. Camp de mar is a thankfully quiet and low key village and the H10 enjoys a wonderful pool and bar area that drops straight onto the fabulous beach. Accommodation was spacious (a room shared by three) with A/C and great views of the bay. The staff were friendly, spoke many languages and were super helpful whenever we interacted. The breakfast was varied and high quality. We only had dinner once at the hotel, sadly, not the highlight and wouldn't recommend based on our experience. If you're going to Camp de Mar, book the restaurant on the island well in advance for as many nights as you can, it's fabulous! The Maria 5 next door to the H10 is also really great.

1-week summer holidays

Great location, beach is clean, beautiful, and not overcrowded. The sunbeds at the beach are rented by another service provider, costing €16 per day. Nonetheless we avoided it completely as the Hotel has direct access to the beach, and is very convenient to take a plunge into the crystal clear sea and walk few meters to the hotel sun-beds. The local beach bar “Maria 5” is a great option for libations and to relax after a sunny day, and the restaurants around, but the will not disappoint you on food quality: • Restaurant Illeta is not only about looks, the food is also great a but beware that it can often be fully booked, so a reservation is advised. • Restaurant Beach Club was another happy surprise, nonchalantly offering delicious dishes with a view to the beach. You can also easily reach the city of Palma by an express bus (air-conditioned, clean, and easy instructions on how it works), and be impressed by all it has to offer :) Overall, I recommend this stay, and would gladly return :)

When we checked in to this hotel we found a room with a broken empty fridge-no mini bar. There was also no coffee machine in the room. When we went to check out the gym it was an airless basement with inadequate AC and old equipment Then there was the pool area. People arrived every morning to reserve their loungers with a towel. They had that spot all day even if they went away for lunch or to walk the beach. The management did nothing about this problem. We had no where to sit in the sun multiple times. We finally checked out after only five days into a ten day booking. The food at breakfast was OK the dinner was terrible. This is not a four star hotel. H10 should be ashamed. Very poorly managed. Don’t stay at this place. Expedia needs to change its descriptor.

Wir waren vor 3 Jahren das erste Mal hier und es ist immer noch genauso genial. Direkt am Strand gelegen in der ruhigen Bucht von Camp der Mar, reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, angenehme Gäste. Wir empfehlen, das Abendessen in einem der umliegenden Restaurants einzunehmen, nur ins Illeta muss man nicht. War in jedem Fall nicht das letzte Mal hier.
