"When I arrived, the room was dirty with dried urine on the toilet rim, hair in the sink and tub and dirty towels. There was dust on shelves and on the lightbulbs at the desk and on the nightstand. On top of the lack of cleanliness, the bed frames were old metal frames that made a lot of noise even at the slightest touch because they had rusted in some areas. "

"It is hard to find the bathroom light switch in the dark. An easy fix, but not a great greeting after a long trip. The room was clean but an extra blanket would be nice. I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." Our breakfast was fresh and hot, but another couple came down later after their plates had been served on the table long before they arrived. I don't find any excuse for that. Breakfast was decent but hardly chef-prepared. We learned to ask questions about accessibility after confronting the stairs to the second floor. The setting is beautiful. The facility is well-marked from the highway and is in a very safe area. A fully-present host would help."
