"The staff are AMAZING! The hotel was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel and room were very clean. Lastly, the bar staff were very professional and fun! Great time! We will be back!! Thank you!"
"Stayed here for one night this past weekend. Staff was super friendly. The hotel has only been there for about 7 months. Very updated. Very good gym. Rooms are very modern and clean. There is a dry sauna, hot tub and cold plunge in the spa which are excellent. Food was very good at breakfast. The hotel is right in the heart of the city surrounded by lots of shopping and restaurants. Will definitely be back."
"The hotel areas are clean and modern. Our room was very run down, almost stuck in the 90s era with the decor. I try to pull out my charger from the socket and the whole socket came out the wall. Breakfast was lovely, staff really helpful. Great location I would just recommend updating the rooms."
"Fabulous stay. Refurbished room superb. Very spoilt with pillow menu, coffee machine and many extras including complimentary jelly babies ! Will return "
"An outstanding hotel. We're were first time skiers and could not recommend this place enough for making it such an enjoyable experience. The shuttle up to the gondola and ski lockers made life so nice and the food, spa etc were all top notch. Lovely staff and vibe."
