"Lovely room and easy check in. Some people struggle with the auto check in but if you do the email instructions the day before it’s easy. Shower was amazing and loved the little extras in the room! Air con worked too (first time on the Camino!)"

"The location is nice,The room was clean but the floor lamp didn't work and the sheets had a burn mark on them. I Went to the front desk to report it to get them changed out and ordered 2 cups of hot water for tea while I was waiting. We never received a new set sheets. I received the hot water to make tea and was charged for 2 teas even though I had my own tea bags and just needed hot water to brew it. The kitchen seems to have zero exhaust hoods so it's smoky all through out the hotel. You would think being in the Basque Country you would have a great breakfast but it was the equivalent to a generic American hotel breakfast. The staff was nice enough to refund us the money they charged us for the hot water the next morning. With just a little more attention to details and the hotel would make it a better stay. "
