"The checkin took around 17 minutes.
The worst part was that the a/c didn’t work, I called to the front desk to request the fixing from someone of the maintenance department. After 20 aprox that nobody had come to the room, I called again to the front desk, the receptionists said the guy was busy. The guy finally appeared 15 minutes later, he checked and realized the a/c was not working at all, then he offered to bring a portable A/c unit, it was around 1:30 am, neither the a/c nor the guy came to the room. Of course the room was warm and the night was terrible."
